This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the Dommuss Legal Notice. Dommuss comprises:
- The Internet portal http://www.dommuss.com and all its subdomains (hereinafter, the Portal)
- Mobile applications available at the Apple App Store (– the App Store –) and the Google App Store (– Google Play –) (hereinafter, the Apps).
Both the Portal and the Applications are property of Dommuss Digital, S.L.

Dommuss is committed to protecting the data of its users. For this reason, we have adapted our data protection conditions to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation) by means of this declaration:

2. Purpose and duration of data processing:

In Dommuss Digital we collect and process the data provided by users, at the time of filling out the corresponding form, in order to provide them with the app service -that they have a private space in which to share with people who have determined information through a calendar, lists, notes and other modules.

We also use your contact information to send you timely information about Dommuss and/or other commercial communications; or to conduct sweepstakes contests and/or surveys for promotional purposes among our users.

Finally, we also use Cookies which allow us, among other things, to store and retrieve information about the browsing habits of a user or their computer and, depending on the information obtained, may be used to improve the service offered. The personal data provided will be kept as long as you have an account opened as a user of the application and you do not request its deletion. Deleting the data is very simple:

1. Regarding the account created as a user of the application: by sending an e-mail to the following address: privacidad@dommusss.com.
2. Regarding commercial communications: you can write to us at the same e-mail address or unsubscribe directly from the e-mail sent.

3. Legitimization of processing:

Dommuss Digital is entitled to the processing of the data specified in the previous section:

1. This treatment is essential to be able to provide the service through the application to users;
2. By consent of the user. That is, because the user accepted this at the time of registration.
3. For the necessary execution and management of their possible participation in contests or raffles.

4. Recipients of assignments or transfers:

At Dommuss we do not share or transfer any data to third parties, unless legally obliged to do so.

We do not directly carry out international data transfers either, but the server on which we store the data, although located in the UK, is owned by Linode, an international company based in the United States. Linode reserves the right to make such transfers. The United States has signed a Privacy Shield Agreement with Europe to ensure data transfers to this country.

5. Rights of the persons concerned

1. Information: Anyone has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not we at Dommuss are processing personal data concerning them.
2. Access, rectification, erasure: The persons concerned have the right to access their personal data, as well as the right to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, to request their erasure when, among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.
3. Opposition: In certain circumstances and for reasons relating to their particular situation, data subjects may object to the processing of their data. Dommuss will stop processing the data, except for compelling legitimate reasons, or the exercise or defence of any claims.
4. Limitation, not profiling: In certain circumstances, data subjects may request limitation of the processing of their data, in which case we will only retain them for the purpose of exercising or defending claims. They may also request that they not be profiled.
5. Portability If applicable, you may request portability of your data.

You can do all this by sending an e-mail to privacidad@dommuss.com. The written communication must be duly signed, accompanied by a photocopy of the ID card. The reference should read 'Protection of personal data'.

6. Modification of this policy

Dommuss reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time, and users are always duly informed.
